Gigablast now has the ability to answer questions with short answers. While it is not 100% perfect, it finds the answer a suprising number of times. The answer will often be in the light blue box entitled, Giga Bits.
- Who invented the barometer?
- What is the tallest mountain in the world?
- Who was the 33rd President?
- Who is the fastest man?
- When is Valentine's Day?
- Who invented calculus?
- What is a light year?
- Why is the sky blue?
- Who is President of Cuba?
- Who plays Ralph Furley on Three's Company?
- What is the capital of New Mexico?
It may also help to keep your question as simple as possible by eliminating unnecessary words. Sometimes putting the important parts of the question in quotes also helps. In the near future I may decide to improve the accuracy of the answers, but then answering a question will require more computer resources. It is a balancing act.
